Frisomat Innovation Center

Over the years, Frisomat has become a world playing innovator and leader in cold rolled steel structures. To keep innovating, we built our own Innovation Center.

Faithful to its products and principles, Frisomat used cold rolled steel as main supporting structure. We stripped an existing Astra-concept (21m free span, 64m long and 7m sidewall height) and started an ambitious project.

At the front a glass construction hangs at a specially developed cold rolled galvanized steel structure. The structure of the front extension itself is made of the same, solid material. On the side of the building a similar but smaller extension completes the image. The wall covering is made of unique steel facings.

There is of course more to the innovation center than just a architectural diamond. Inside, you'll find a demo- and event room, a training center, meeting rooms, an auditorium and last but not least a proper test and research facility. The result? Continuous innovation at your service.
